Gift Terms & Conditions

These Holo Gift Terms & Conditions (“Gift Terms”) apply when you purchase, send, receive, redeem, or use a gift of Services from Holo Technologies S.L. (referred to as “Holo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Gift Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Holo.

Please read them carefully. By completing a Gift purchase, redeeming a Gift, or using Services offered through a Gift, you agree to be bound by these Gift Terms and by Holo’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. These documents are incorporated here by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Gift Terms, do not purchase, accept, or redeem a Gift.

Eligibility

Gifts may only be purchased and redeemed by individuals who are eligible under applicable law to use Holo’s Services. Gifts are intended for natural persons aged 18 or older unless otherwise required by local law.

Acceptance of Gift Terms

Before a Gift is redeemed, the Recipient must agree to Holo’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Redeeming a Gift means you accept all applicable legal terms, including these Gift Terms.

Purchasing & Delivery

Gifts are final upon purchase unless Spanish/EU mandatory consumer laws provide a statutory right to withdraw or refund.

We will deliver the Gift using the contact information you provide.

Redemption

Gifts must be redeemed according to the instructions provided with the Gift. Gifts are non-transferable (other than to the designated Recipient), have no cash value, and cannot be resold.

A Gift is valid for the redemption period indicated at purchase. If no expiration date is given, the expiration will be set in accordance with applicable statutory periods.

Service Access & Limitations

Once redeemed, a Gift grants access only to the Services specified at the time of purchase.

Gifts entitle the Recipient to automatic renewals unless expressly stated. Additional features or subscriptions beyond the Gift scope may require separate purchase and agreement to Holo Terms.

Cancellations

If Holo cancels or suspends a Gift due to suspected fraud or misuse, we will notify you and comply with mandatory legal requirements.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Gift Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable EU law. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction specified in Holo’s Terms & Conditions.

Changes to Gift Terms

We may update these Gift Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes as required by law.

Holo is a technology company, not a laboratory or medical provider. All lab and medical services are provided by independent third parties, who set their own pricing. While Holo facilitates access to certain providers, it does not recommend or refer healthcare providers. Holo does not offer medical advice, lab services, diagnosis, treatment, or medical opinions. Its services do not replace medical care or consultations with a licensed provider. If you have questions about lab results, consult a primary care physician or other licensed provider. All information provided by Holo is for general informational purposes only.

Holo’s membership pricing includes prepaid access to certain third-party lab services. Some items and services require additional payments beyond standard membership pricing. For more details, see our Terms & Conditions.
